At United Medical Imaging Healthcare, the care and safety of our patients, staff, community and the public at large is our top priority. We adhere to rigorous infection-prevention protocols and our main objective is protecting the safety of patients and employees while maintaining high-quality clinical care.
In an effort to support our patients, visitors and communities, United Medical Imaging Healthcare has established certain measures that are designed to reduce the spread of potential disease and enable social distancing. We are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the public health department to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Our clinics remain open and are still assisting patients for diagnostic imaging requirements. It is our mission to ease the burden on our overtaxed hospital community by continuing to provide care.
If you are home and experiencing coronavirus-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or have been in contact with someone who likely has an active coronavirus infection, we encourage you to call your primary care physician or clinic before leaving home. You may not be a candidate for service.
We are evaluating the situation daily, and this policy will remain in place until it is determined that we can return to a normal operating environment.
Thank you for choosing United Medical Imaging Healthcare for your health care needs. We are committed to protecting your safety while maintaining high-quality care.
Sincerely,
David H. Zarian, MD
Medical Director
